Successfully completed studies in business informatics, human resources management, information management or in a comparable course of study, which is at the interface of personnel and IT. Long-standing leadership experience as well as comprehensive and resilient experience in the fields of process and project management, in particular with IT reference Ideally experience in the personal introduction of IT suites such as SAP SF or Workday Extensive, long-term experience with HR IT systems as well as experience in project management and personnel development, change and human resources management issues Proactive working style combined with binding appearance and strong persuasion
