The Department of Health, as a local public health service authority, sees itself as a service provider and contact person for the citizens of the city of Halle (Saale) with the aim of protecting and promoting the health of the population by implementing health-promoting measures. The spectrum of tasks is diverse and is decisively prescribed by the legal order.

The Health Department is looking for you at the next possible time to support the Department of Children and Youth Health.

Your tasks:

• They are responsible for the invitation, appointments and preparation of the enrolment studies, the examinations of the 3rd and 6th classes in the schools and the regional training centre, as well as for the study of children with a migration background.
• They carry out vision and hearing tests, size and weight detection as well as blood checks and take over the examination of the color and 3D vision
• You accept the input and data processing of the collected investigation findings and the vaccination status in the OctowareTN application
• They provide monthly statistics and support as vaccination assistance and in vaccination counselling
• They work on external and internal projects and events

Required:

• a completed at least 3-year-old or shorter equivalent vocational training as a medical specialist, health care and care professional (m/w/d)

Required:

• multiannual professional experience in the medical field, preferably in childhood medicine and professional experience in project management
• Knowledge of the application of patient management programs
• Knowledge in one of the foreign languages English, French, Arabic or Kurdish
• Class B licence
• Organisational, decision-making, team and communication skills
• Consultancy and target and result orientation

In the event of an adjustment, proof must be made:

• a certificate according to § 43 Infection Protection Act (Health certificate)
• an extended management certificate for submission to an authority pursuant to § 30a BZRG (without prejudice)
• a certificate according to § 20 para. 8 to 11 Infection Protection Act (e.g. vaccination against measles)

• according to § 14 para. 1 TzBfG temporary employment relationship for the period of absence of the person in charge up to an estimated 7. June 2027 in the fee group 5 TVöD (from 3.124.08 € to 3.783,33 € gross)
