As a dedicated team leader (w/m/d), you are for an approx. 19 busy team of street guards in Holledau responsible for operating daily business. You are the first contact person for our road guard drivers (w/m/d) and ensure the smooth panning aid process in the field of use. To do this, create the monthly deployment plans, adjust them in situ and respond to the achievement of your team. Furthermore, you identify improvement measures and always have the high-quality service quality of our panning aid in mind. In addition, prepare planning and target agreement processes and ensure their implementation.

They are a leading personality with proven leadership experience in a service area, preferably with a motor vehicle reference. They bring a vocational training or a study with sound business knowledge in combination with a motor vehicle technical understanding. They have a high level of competence in the organization and deployment planning of a team. In addition, you have a pronounced customer/service orientation, a hands-on mentality and a high communication and enforcement capability. High readiness and flexibility complete your profile.
