Your role in the team Finance & Controlling: After extensive incorporation (flanked by a sponsor system) you take over a classic portfolio of tasks in the area of creditors with varied business incidents. We are looking for direct services from Neuss / Düsseldorf / Kaarst as Creditor Accountant / Financial Accountant (Building Point) / Personnel Accounting (Fuel and Oil Industry, HGB, m/w/d)

Creditor accounting in the varied daily business Examination, Conting and booking of input invoices in the digital workflow Assignment of bookings to cost centers, cost centers, cost types and projects

Delimitations in current business Implementation of commodity-cost delimitations

Payment transactions Monitoring of payment deadlines Preparation and implementation of payment procedures

Acquisition Support for experienced financial and balance sheet holders Support for monthly and annual financial statements by HGB (excluding responsibilities)

Representation and other tasks: representation of colleagues in adjacent accounting areas (e.g. in the area of banks) Documentation and master data management in the area of creditors optional: Participation in special tasks / Projects in Accounting

Completed commercial training, if necessary with training in accounting (no need) Multiannual professional experience in accounting, ideally with a focus on creditors – ideally with a manufacturing company / in the industry No responsibilities for completion are necessary – solid daily business is the focus

You bring an independent and structured way of working together and appreciate a good team of around 9 colleagues Experience with an ERP system (ideally Microsoft Dynamics / Navision / Business Central) and very good MS Office knowledge Ideally, you have good English skills in word and writing (international suppliers)
