As a production employee (m/w/d), you will become part of a dynamic team specializing in the processing and control of metal parts. Your tasks include not only the operation of different machines, but also the organisation and implementation of important production steps. • Operation and monitoring of modern machines
• Filling and fitting of hardener furnaces to process metal parts according to the specifications
• Removal of processed metal parts from the machines and hardeners
• Perspective inspections to ensure the quality of products
• Cooperation with your team to ensure a smooth production process

We are looking for

To be successful as a production employee (m/w/d), you should bring with you certain skills and interests that help you to meet the requirements of this role:

• Technical understanding of machines and production plants
• Affinity for handling metal parts and their processing
• Accuracy and an eye for details in visual control
• Own initiative and the ability to keep a cool head even in stressful situations
• Ideally first practical experience in the production industry
