Billing & Invoicing Supervisor (m/w/d)

As an invoicing supervisor (m/w/d), you take a central role in controlling our billing processes and contribute directly to the success of the company. As an invoicing supervisor at Verisure, the following tasks await you: Leadership, coaching and further development of the invoicing team Ensure a correct and timely invoice Support for the monthly financial statements incl. bills & votes Implementation of measures to secure sales (Revenue Assurance) Cooperation on projects to optimize billing processes and systems Close cooperation with Finance, Sales, Operations and IT Participation in recruiting, onboarding and developing new team members Support for account and audit requirements Flexible takeover of team-internal tasks as required

Closed commercial training (e.g. industrial businessman/wife, merchant/wife for office management, tax specialist:r) or an economics studies Multiannual experience in billing, accounting, finance operations or similar areas Very good knowledge in Excel; Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle) of advantage High numerical affinity, analytical thinking and structured working Hands-on mentality, self-initiative and sovereign occurrence Impressed communication skills and joy in cooperation with various departments Language knowledge: German at native language level as well as very good English knowledge in word and writing
