The teams of building materials and geotechnical engineering are engaged in the investigation of engineering structures and their building ground. At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as a specialist Geotechnik (w/m/d) for DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH at the Dresden or Leipzig site. Your tasks: As a specialist in geotechnical engineering, you are responsible for carrying out shots, small drillings, ramming probes and masonry drilling with hand-held technology in terrain investigations. You are responsible for the independent implementation and evaluation of ground-mechanical laboratory tests (e.g. sieving, sludge analyses and determination of the consistency limits) You also take the removal of soil, groundwater and surface water samples with QM-compliant documentation You are responsible for the designation and classification of soils according to DIN 18196 as well as for the execution of plant samples according to LAGA PN 98 The execution of field tests such as load-bearing capacity measurements and compression tests is also part of your tasks
