In your leadership role, you are coach, trusted contact person (m/w/d) and model for approximately 5 employees You act entrepreneurially and with your team ensure the proper and legally compliant handling of all customs and international trade laws. Here you will report to the sales management Export They strategically shape our internal processes and advise management in the development of new sales areas in customs matters You organize and run internal training for employees You live a sustainable human resources policy and take necessary measures for your team with the objectives of motivation, quality and efficiency They invest in trusted cooperation with the other departments and engage in both internal and overarching projects with a view to the common goal

They have completed commercial training and relevant professional experience in customs matters of internationally aspiring companies They have a broad and deep knowledge in the international trade law and customs You have a high sense of responsibility for your employees.
