Takeover of settlements for a defined real estate stock with a focus on WEG settlements, as well as operating and heating cost accounting for tenants Competent and timely creation of WEG bills, operating and heating cost bills for residential and commercial real estate, as well as hull and purchaser bills for purchase/sale or acquisition of new buildings or WEG Collection and booking of all receipts and expenditure of the housing owner community Creation and maintenance of financial accounting including cash and banking accounting Monitoring and control of payment inputs from owners and tenants Guided tour and maintenance of the tenant accounts Accounting and implementation of payment transactions Installation of billing structures when calculating / taking over objects / care of owner and tenant changes Acquisition of offers and contract negotiations with service companies and suppliers, verification / optimization of operating costs Keeping new legal requirements and contractual deadlines Examination, confirmation and booking of billing-relevant, transferable and non-reposable invoices and corresponding data management in SAP Processing of contradictions to the operating and heating cost accounting, as well as cooperation with the property management and external service providers in the processing of objections They are also responsible for the management of household funds and reserves Answering questions from owners / tenants General correspondence with tenants, suppliers and external service providers Cooperation on projects and cooperation with other departments to optimise processes
