We are a non-profit association of St. Josefs-Stift, Erthal-Sozialwerk, Robert-Kümmert-Akademie, Tatenkraft and includeo. With about 1000 employees, we offer a wide range of offers for joint cooperation and participation at numerous locations in the whole of Lower Franconia. The workshop of the Erthal-Sozialwerk employs more than 300 people with mental illnesses and disabilities. Our departments are divided into several locations in the Würzburg and Aschaffenburg regions. The areas of work include a wide range of craft and service-oriented offers. The employees:inside with Handicap are guided by qualified personnel in all areas of work and departments. In addition to theoretical and practical skills, we also impart life-structural skills in our vocational training field. As a group leader:in you take over the independent management of a working group with up to 12 people with handicap. Together with ten colleagues from different crafts and industrial professions, as well as a social worker and a social worker, you accompany the employees of your working group during their daily work and support them in the work process.
