Manager (m/w/d)

Introduction of methods for controlling, testing and evaluating products and production plants Ensuring and complying with product quality standards Organisation of the AQL control of the end product by its own quality tester Ensuring and introducing corrective measures Participation in the AQL group inspection with appropriate follow-up measures Creation of reports (acquisition, analysis and summary of data) Compliance with delivery deadlines for the products Training and management of production line personnel in relation to production processes and quality assessment of goods Ensuring the proper manufacturing process Implementation of detailed and logged final controls of finished products taking into account industry and business standards Sorting and identifying the reasons for product problems Development of suppliers based on statistical data Supply of production managers with appropriate information on the worst items that need to be improved Creation and follow-up of correction and prevention plans for suppliers - both internally and externally Proper introduction of new products in perfect quality from the start of production Preparing project management and ensuring the achievement of goals

Complete studies or comparable training in quality management, production technology, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification At least 5 years of practical experience in quality, ideally in production Found knowledge of QM methods Analytical way of thinking, problem solving and hands-on mentality Experience in leadership and further development of team members Communication strength and enforcement capacity English knowledge in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office and ERP systems
