This will be your tasks As a department manager, you take on the role of an inspiring designer and coach and promote the personal and professional development of your employees: both with commitment and vision. You are experienced in the fields of product management and product development of life insurance and guide your team to new heights with professional expertise and methodical skills. In doing so, you are driving the development of innovative products and motivating a culture of innovation in your team. At the numerous interfaces to product management, you are a competent contact person:in which ideas actively drive forward and establish community sustainable solutions. You are an important Sparring partner:in the team on the following tasks: performing mathematical analyses of life insurance products for integration into inventory management systems Development of reference and tariff calculation tools Implementation of individual calculations in sensitive and extensive situations Testing of business incidents and insurance rates
