As part of Daimler Truck AG, this sales organization is one of the most successful in the truck industry. With our exciting and diverse cross-sectional function, we support nearly 2,300 employees: in order to ensure that the framework conditions required in their daily work can be implemented efficiently and sustainably. WAS DICH ERWARTET Cooperation in the Quality Management System for Own Retail, TruckStore and Sales Center Berlin - Mercedes Benz Truck Germany Support for quality and environmental management to ensure ISO9001:2015 requirements as well as quality management policies and objectives care and further development of our own quality management system; Showing potentials for improvement Further development and support of IT solutions, e.g. Audit System and digitalization of processes in the quality and environmental management network (M365) Central coordination of annual process and system audits for internal and external on-site audits at the relevant locations Planning of the audit matrix for the management system Participation in the implementation of the evaluation of the effectiveness of the system and the preparation of appropriate documentation for the information of the management (reporting) Documentation: Creation of work instructions, process descriptions and reporting on the QM system Advice and support of managers and QM coordinators of retail locations in comprehensive quality management issues cooperation of Own Retail overarching QM projects; Support in the development and documentation of new concepts and processes Cross-sectional tasks for the integrated quality and environmental management team e.g. body planning, creation of requirements etc. Training of employees, e.g. onboarding, Audit Tool System WHAT WE DIR BIEVE Among other things, the following benefits await you with us: Attractive compensation package Occupational pension Mobile Work & Remote Flexible working models that adapt to individual life phases Health care Individual development opportunities through our own Learning Academy and free access to LinkedIn Learning Cycling leasing and corporate vehicle business

You are someone who is characterized by the networking of people and ideas. You have an understanding of methods and tools for process improvement. You have already had first points of contact with quality management in your previous professional life and have experiences in the sales of the automotive industry. Then you're right with us. Training & experience completed commercial vocational training Professional experience in sales trucks (ideally retail / wholesale knowledge available) Experience in quality management safe handling of MS Office products IT system affinity desired Specific knowledge very good communication capability; basic analytical understanding and structured working Basic knowledge for conceptual tasks Knowledge of applicable DIN and ISO standards as well as legal guidelines helpful Openness for new tasks and culture of change Class B travel and driving licence English knowledge of advantage You're not bringing everything?
