You act independently as part of the technical and disciplinary management of the operational forwarding area. In the operational forwarding process, You show measures to reduce costs and carry out active monitoring of department results. The tasks include the preparation of process-related and economic data for the branch management and the management board. Successfully completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services and/or business studies in the field of forwarding and logistics Multiannual professional experience in the operative forwarding area / piece goods network Experience in personnel management and personnel deployment planning (commercial and commercial) Experience in MRP and vehicle deployment planning of advantage (near traffic and main running planning) Organizational skills with proven skills in time and office management Negotiations Customer and solution-oriented as well as analytical-logical thinking Commitment and resilience as well as self-initiative and decision-making Trusting leaders with active communication and the ability to motivate and further develop employees and the team
