In the course of a medium-term follow-up appointment and to strengthen our team, we are looking for a competent, powerful personality, preferably with practical experience in building cleaning or a similar service industry for the next possible entry date.

Your duties

Our service portfolio includes, in particular, the areas of maintenance cleaning, glass and special cleaning, green and outdoor care, winter service and master care. In your supervised area, you gradually take care of these fields of work:

• Customer support and management for the region of Saxony/Thüringen
• Planning, organization, guidance and control of work processes
• Team management in the company parts entrusted to you
• Compliance with quality management standards, regular visits
• Tasks in recruiting employees (together with the recruiting team), learning/ incorporating new employees
• Implementation of our sales and marketing concepts, support in new customer production

As an area manager, you are directly under the management.

Your profile

• Multiannual professional practice in the crafts and services sector, but also motivated participants (m/w/d)
• with pre-experience in building cleaning/object care (no condition), training or master letter are of advantage, but no condition
• first experience in personnel management desirable
• leadership, reliability and enforcement
• independent and service-oriented operation
• open, ambitious
• flexible and physically resilient
• Basic knowledge of computer applications
• valid passenger car license, driving experience, readiness to travel (compulsory)
• good knowledge German language in word and writing
• Food point in the region of Saxony/Thüringen, preferably catchment area Jena
