Consulting our customers on site in the topics: strategy, control, organisation, process, change and human resources management Designing structured and outcome-oriented programs and projects independent takeover of work packages, subprojects and project management responsibility as a function of the respective experience background structured problem solution and convincing presentation of your consulting results and their professional documentation

an above-average university degree (graduate: Master or comparable) with economics first professional experience, ideally in management consulting the willingness to take over responsibility and joy at work in the team very good knowledge of German in word and writing analytical and communicative strength as well as a high quality awareness Flexibility, independence, reliability and readiness to travel optimally customer knowledge in the field of the Federal Ministry of Defence or other customers of the Public Sector
