Project Manager (f/m/d) for Career-Oriented Events

The IfT is a pioneer in the professional future and employs employees (full-time and part-time) for the support of educational forums, especially vocatium – trade fairs for training+studium as well as the parentum – trade fairs for parents+young people. Our employees are passionate about showing students the diversity of career opportunities and bringing them into contact with around 4,000 companies, chambers and associations, universities and institutions from Germany and abroad. At the location of Bremen, we are looking for a project manager (w/m/d) in part-time (25 hours per week) for the preparation and implementation of the vocatium - Trade Fair for Training+Studium at 01.07.2025.

Organisation and implementation of the vocatium vocational orientation fair in Bremen Care and development of existing contacts to exhibitors, schools and network partners Establish new contacts with companies, universities and institutions Presentation and presentation of the exhibition concept for pupils administrative tasks and data management

Studies (e.g. pedagogy, social, human or economic sciences) or equivalent training Joy in dealing with different target groups (enterprises, universities and schools), an authentic, communicative appearance and very good German knowledge Responsibility and fun in independent work Interest in the topics of career orientation, personal marketing, events, press and public relations driving licence class B
