Operations Planning Clerk

We are looking for someone who understands processes, detects bottlenecks, analyzes data and makes a working operation from many individual parts. In doing so, you plan and coordinate journeys, vehicles and personnel, analyze operating data and ensure that theoretical concepts can become a working everyday life. This means: You develop schedule and operating concepts and create a powerful and attractive OPNV offer. You ensure that travel, circulation and service plans are optimally matched to each other and the operation runs smoothly. You keep the vehicle, personnel and performance requirements in mind, analyze developments and plan ahead-looking. You work with traffic, network and timetable data, check them and ensure high data quality. You provide information for passengers, passengers and internal and external partners and ensure that the right information is available at the right time. You analyze operating data, initial evaluations and cost-effectiveness assessments, and then initiate concrete optimization possibilities. You actively contribute to projects and special traffic and develop tailor-made operational solutions. You work closely with control center, disposition and service and ensure that planning and practice can optimally interlock. You recognize potential for improvement in ongoing operations and introduce your ideas to continuously develop our transport offer.

You have an education in the ÖPNV or a comparable qualification. Ideally you bring several years of professional experience in the ÖPNV or a comparable business environment. You like to work with data, identify relationships and develop practical solutions. You feel safe in Microsoft 365 and have ideally already worked with planning systems like IVU.plan. You think analytic, work structured and keep track of complex topics. You can communicate clearly, work with different disciplines and advance topics. You take responsibility, take decisions and take tasks independently. You own the license class D. You are ready to participate in the control center, disposition or in the driving service if necessary.
