Reception, welcome and hosting of national and international guests and customers Processing of input and output mail, courier shipments and emails Date monitoring and coordination of conference and meeting rooms Support in the planning and implementation of events Ordering and managing consumables and office materials Support of the telephone centre in German and English Monitoring and coordination of our pool vehicles

Commercial training, ideally in the area of office management, hotel industry or a similar service-oriented area Strong service orientation as well as structured, reliable and trustworthy functioning Sovereign and binding occurrence also in stress situations Joy in handling customers and solution-oriented action Openness for new and fun working in the team A well-kept appearance and a very friendly appearance Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
