Travel Management Planning of service travel and assembly operations of our team Booking flights, hotels and rental cars Registration of visas and work permits Management of travel expenses Logistics ManagementAdministrative management and further development of international logistics processes Creation of customs and shipping documents Construction and maintenance of a logistics and service provider network Building and maintaining a knowledge base for customs and export matters fleet managementPlanting of service car distribution for mounting inserts Management of maintenance and workshop intervals (change of tyres, visibility, TÜV) Damage and insurance management Charging planning of the e-car fleet

Independent processing of special and project tasks

Successfully completed commercial or technical training or comparable qualification Professional experience in the fields of logistics, shipping, fleet, purchasing or travel management desirable Experience in the organisation and handling of international transport and business trips desirable Safe handling of external service providers as well as shipping, transport and travel documents Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Embossed organizational ability, discretion and loyalty Independent, structured and reliable operation Friendly, sovereign appearance and high communication skills Solution-oriented and pragmatic operation willingness and ability to work on new topics independently Driving licence class B absolutely necessary
