For this exciting and versatile environment, we are looking for a team leader procurement (m/w/d) for the award, delivery and performance team (VLL), which is assigned to the area of procurement management, at the next time and in an indefinitely fixed position.

In this position, you are responsible for the professional leadership of the team “Supply and Services (VLL)” as well as ensuring an efficient and legally secure procurement process. You control both strategic tasks in purchasing and contract controlling as well as operational procurement processes and advise internal demand points in procurement and contract law issues. The aim is to comprehensively control delivery and services throughout the entire procurement and ordering process.

Team management as well as professional leadership of the team “Supply deliveries and services (VLL)” including regular reporting refund to the department management Contract controlling, in particular monitoring of contracts and transit times and maintaining the central contract database Determination and analysis of annual requirements based on SAP evaluations Implementation of the strategic purchasing of supply and services in the sub-sector Advising the R&W internal demand bodies in procurement and contractual matters Processing of contract malfunctions in the field of supply and services Operational procurement, in particular purchase of special needs, support of the entire ordering process from supply collection and evaluation to order delivery, complaint processing and invoice control Maintenance and reinstallation of material master data and information sets

Graduate (University or University of Applied Sciences) with a Bachelor's degree or Diploma degree, preferably in the fields of Business Administration, Administration/Public Management or Law, or a completed vocational training in the administrative field or in a commercial profession with the field of activity of corresponding professional practice Including professional experience in the field of tendering and awarding Comprehensive knowledge in public procurement law Proven experience in the professional management of employees Knowledge of the structures and procedures of public administration is desirable High flexibility and readiness Impressed capacity for independent, responsible and binding decision-making and action Safe, competent and targeted handling of internal business areas and external contractual partners:inside High social competence, in particular team capacity, strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility Safe handling of current MS Office programs Good user knowledge of SAP is advantageous German language skills in word and writing
