You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of their team as well as onboarding and incorporating new employees and trainees. This includes personnel planning, managing employee talks and active potential promotion. In case of internal and external complaints, you develop customer-oriented solutions and ensure the handling of smooth transport. The focus is always on quality and customer satisfaction. You look beyond the edge of the plate and actively introduce ideas to optimize processes within your department and at relevant interfaces. You take over tasks from day-to-day business and are always in exchange with cross-departmental departments.

You have an education, ideally as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services and/or a further education/studies in the field of logistics/transport. You bring well-founded professional experience in the forwarding and ideally leadership experience. You work in a targeted manner and have a view on quality and economy. You keep an overview and react flexibly and solution-oriented to challenges. As a guide, you are a model and can motivate yourself and others. Customer discussions and e-mail in English do not cause any problems.
