Berlin – Kreuzberg | in parttime with 20 hours/week ‘Secratic model’ We are young people in the Kiez – youth assistance gGmbH, short “Juwo”, a recognized freelance from Berlin with over 80 educational projects and areas of application. We are professionals, both colourful and, if necessary, critical and courageous when it comes to the development and rights of children, young people and their families. From the next time or by agreement, we are looking for an integration educatorin / special pedagoguein / Heilpädagog*in (m/w/d) for the full day of the Leibniz-Gymnasium in Berlin – Kreuzberg (in Bergmannstraße-Kiez) in parttime with 20 hours/week. The focus is on inclusion in school. The place is created in the so-called “Secreative Model”. An increase of the hours in our carrier is possible. The Gymnasium is awarded as a STEM-friendly school and has received the professional ballot. As part of the open full-day establishment, we offer counselling and support services for students, teachers and parents. Activating and promoting offers take place in the premises. We are available to students as reliable contact persons in all questions. In particular, we promote the implementation and design of class councils, methods of constructive conflict resolution, bullying and intervention, relaxation offers and addiction prophylaxis. In addition, in the “Lernoase” and with the “Lerncoaching” we offer measures to reduce disadvantages in the school sector.

As an integration educatorin / Special pedagoguein / Heilpädagog*in (m/w/d), you will process applications for a special educational support status / Disadvantage compensation Editing funding plans They accompany school support conferences on inclusion topics You work in the multi-professional inclusion team with (Tandem) You will advise on inclusion topics They cooperate with SIBUZ, therapists, youth offices etc. They work with the school assistants to implement the objectives They network in school and social-spatial bodies and cooperate closely with teachers, the youth office and other institutions of youth assistance.
