You carry out projects on corporate transactions (Buy/Sell Side), Financial Due Diligence/Fact Books, Valuation (in particular corporate assessments, fairness opinions, intangible assets, purchase price allocations (PPA), impairment test), as well as financial modeling or restructuring and restructuring consulting within our Transaction Advisory business unit and can actively contribute to management tasks. You guide and guide the project teams professionally, take responsibility for your projects and the further development of your employees. With the support of our Business Development Team, you are acquiring new projects and companies and are an ongoing partner for our clients. In close cooperation with the partner, you develop your expertise and implement new topics. You participate in specialist publications or studies, prepare innovative topics and support our marketing.

You bring relevant and well-founded professional experience in the (Corporate Finance) consulting, from the Big4, Next10, a bank or an industrial company focusing on corporate transactions, corporate assessments (IDW S1) or restructuring and rehabilitation advice. You are passionate about the project business, have experience in corporate transactions, Financial Due Diligence/Fact Books, Valuation and Financial Modelling or restructuring. You like to take responsibility, can lead small teams and employees and want to go innovative ways. You can have extensive acquisition successes as well as a resilient network and prefer to be the first contact person for your clients directly on site. In continuous exchange within the team and with the clients, you can communicate fluently in German and English.
