For one of our well-known customer companies, we are now looking for a medical-technical laboratory assistant (m/w/d) in full time.

Your tasks:

• Histological analyses: performing histological and immunohistological dyeings for the evaluation of cell and skin models.
• Cutting production: Cryo cuts for use in fluorescent dyeings for detailed investigations.
• Cell culture: care and attitude of cell cultures to produce stable cell models for research projects.
• Biochemical assays: Conducting ELISA tests and biochemical analyses on cell culture supernatants.
• Gene expression analyses: preparation and execution of DNA/RNA isolations for the analysis of gene expression.
• Documentation: Careful collection and evaluation of laboratory data and maintenance of laboratory documentation

They bring with them:

• Education: Successfully completed training as a medical-technical laboratory assistant (m/w/d), bio-technical assistant (m/w/d) or comparable.
• Expertise: Knowledge of cell culture techniques and breeding.
• Histology knowledge: experience in histology, including sample preparation, preparation of cuts and carrying out various dyeing methods.
• Microscopy: Safe handling of microscopes (fluorescence and transmitted light) for analysis of samples.
• Computer skills: knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word for documentation and data management.
• Flexibility: readiness for flexible working hours and adaptation to the requirements of the laboratory.
• Soft Skills: Self-employed, structured working methods, team skills and communication strength.
