As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d), you are responsible for the entire internal recruitment process with our customer and the main appeal of the Hiring Manager throughout the recruitment process You also work closely with the Active Sourcers who are looking for suitable profiles for the positions you are looking for You are responsible for the entire recruitment process and run the Hiring Manager through the process. You post job advertisements, participate in interviews and advise the Hiring Manager to suit the candidates You support supply processes and onboarding, act as a consultant and conduct negotiations to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties involved In addition, you advise the process participants and are always looking for possible process optimizations You are involved in the development of training content and their implementation for Hiring Manager You create the interface between the customer and Hays and work as an extended arm of the customer's internal personnel department - either in our branch, at the customer's premises or at home
