· You are directly involved in the shopping organization and develop the pro-active claim management for the E.DIS Group · You are our savings partner in our shopping activities for planning, construction and engineering services in 110 kV management and in the case of substations when it comes to changes and claims of our Investment projects. The management of the claim register is in your Hand. · You build specific Claim Managment expertise and develop it further – in close coordination with the buyers, the group-wide Group control and technical experts and relevant Stakeholders in the E.ON Group Environment. · You develop concepts of partnership with clarification and resolution of necessary changes and possible claims. Design and support these actively – including contract design, Monitoring, support in price negotiations. · You strengthen strategic partnerships and set up KPIs and regular reviews high transparency and supplier performance Sure. · As an interface to internal and external stakeholders, you bring your expertise in supply chain projects, stimulates and promotes cross-border cooperation. · By identifying your high expertise in Claim Management Optimization potentials in our shopping processes and creates an environment process automation.

· You have a completed High/Fachschule Legal sciences or an economic orientation or a comparable qualification. · You have a sound knowledge of claim management, or strategic and operational purchasing processes – ideally in the Energy, construction or telecommunications. · You bring experience in efficient shopping structures, tools and handling of stakeholders as well as comprehensive know-how in suppliers and Claim management – ideally in the field of planning services or Construction projects. · You work analytical, structured and independent – while solution-oriented and pragmatic. · You think holistic, open to innovations and changes and like to look beyond the edge of the plate. · You bring team spirit, take responsibility and others inspire. · Negotiating English, readiness to travel in the E.ON Group Environment and secure handling of MS Office, SAP MM and reporting tools round your Profile.
