Personnel Development Officer (m/f/d)

GASCADE is one of the largest operators of gas pipelines in Germany with a 3,700 kilometres long pipeline network. We guarantee a secure energy supply in Germany and Europe – for this we transport reliable, efficient and environmentally friendly natural gas. In order to strengthen our personnel & administration department, we are looking for employees (m/w/d) as:

You develop, control and optimise strategic measures of personnel development in accordance with our corporate objectives. You design and implement innovative development programs for our specialists and managers. You strategically shape change processes within the framework of organisational development and accompany their implementation. You build instruments for measuring the effects of PE and OE measures and continuously develop them. You advise and coach executives as well as employees in matters of leadership, cooperation and personal development. You plan, execute and evaluate employee surveys and derive sustainable measures. You organize internal events such as seminars and workshops and accompany them in terms of content. You moderate workshops, team processes and dialogue formats to promote a constructive and solution-oriented corporate culture.

You have completed their studies in economics, social sciences, psychology or economic education, ideally focusing on human and/or organisational development, or bringing a comparable qualification. Multi-annual well-founded professional experience (at least 5–8 years) in the development of staff and organization. You have already gained extensive experience in the design and implementation of strategic PE and OE initiatives. Communication strength, consulting skills and a high degree of empathy are among your central skills. The safe handling of MS Office is obvious to you; Knowledge in SAP is an advantage. Own initiative, organisational and coordination strength as well as strategic vision shape your work. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented – even in complex situations.
