How to calculate the price for a ton of wheat? On what basis of the contract is traded? How does the goods come from Argentina to China? During the training, you acquire expertise in foreign trade, agricultural products and agricultural markets, learn everything about purchasing and selling our products, communicate with customers and service providers throughout the world.

In addition to an interesting, versatile training with continuous professional care, you will acquire basic, well-founded knowledge of your profession. Individual development opportunities await you in an international group with an exciting environment. The training extends over three years and includes both the final examination for the trader in foreign trade management before the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce and the additional examination for the trader. The start of training is August 1, 2026. The theoretical training takes place during day and evening studies at the Institute for Foreign Trade. All costs incurred are borne by ADM. Practical training provides you with sound insights into the operational processes of various departments. You will thus acquire extensive technical and commercial foundations.
