How do our customers tick? You can see the data and create the ways our products and services are used and where there is potential for new offers. With the help of your findings, you will then launch new campaigns and CRM measures for our digital channels, such as our ING app and our online banking, and help us always reach the right customers. With clear and concise reports, you regularly and spontaneously test how our digital sales measures perform in terms of product use, pricing, personalization and success, and always know where to optimize. And, of course, you will be enthusiastic and inform not only your team, but also colleagues from all over the bank with attractive and understandable presentations.

Studies in economics, computer science, mathematics, statistics or a comparable qualification Professional practice in data-driven marketing or customer analytics desirable Know-how in empirical and statistical data analysis Fit with databases, SAS and similar analysis tools (e.g. Stata, SPSS, SQL, Python) Routinized application of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Ideally first experience in private customer business in the financial sector Sales-oriented thinking and self-initiative Open to cultural diversity in an international environment Very good German and English in word and writing
