Construction manager in the field of safety technology (m/f/d)

You take care of the projects on site. You take the instructions, control and control of subcontractors. You are responsible for the appointment, compliance with project goals and budget planning. You take the permanent control of the work, compliance with the user and customer standards according to regulations and requirements. You monitor the need for supplements, material flow, and compliance with budget and project planning. You take over the execution of acceptances including their documentation, support in the production of documentation and revision documents and their release. You take the development and distribution of the project bonus according to the company's bonus specifications. You carry out the transfer of completed (partial) projects to the Maintenance & Service area, as well as the support in sales for a service contract with the customer. You look at the entire customer portfolio and its projects in a variety of stages (conception, planning, execution, etc.).

You bring an electrical and/or telecommunications training in your crafts. You are ideally a Geselle with several years of professional experience and already successfully completed assembly in the field of security technology, also for international customers. You preferably have additional training in business management and employee management. You communicate very safely in German in Word and Writing (min. B2-levelau) You have good English skills. You're bringing readiness.
