At the same time, you take responsibility for people, models and results: as the head of the company customer Aktuariats, you shape the basis for sustainable success in the company's customer business.

You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the company's customer academy and run a powerful team of actuaries and data scientists As a Center of Excellence (CoE), your team is fully integrated into the agile set-up of the company tribe You shape the future of our pricing: from technical prices to modern tariffs to innovative, drive-specific pricing strategies As head of the company customer Aktuariat, you are consistently driving technical excellence and setting new standards in costing and portfolio management You work closely with product management, underwriting, sales, IT and data & analytics and bring topics into implementation Together with a strong corporate leadership team, you shape the transformation and sustainable growth

Education: You have a very well completed master's degree or a doctorate of mathematics, statistics, economic mathematics, etc. Qualification: You bring an education to the Aktuar DAV (m/w/d) or have worked at least 5 years in an actuariate Leadership competence: As a manager, you already bring experience and team spirit with you and enjoy developing your employees: Analytical thinking: You convince by analytical skills combined with an independent and initiative working method and the motivation for further development Data & AI Competence: You are not only mathematically fit, but you also have an affinity for programming languages (e.g. Python, SQL, Git) and preparation of complex data as well as statistical modeling. You use AI tools and understand their chances and limits Communication competence: You bring very strong communicative skills, in particular you can clearly and address complex facts Language knowledge: You have knowledge of German and English in word and writing
