support leadership roles of our products in the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives in the context of agile cooperation

work at the interface between strategy, organisational development and operational implementation

supports the agile guide rollers in our products, e.g. the preparation and monitoring of agile workshops, the preparation of communication materials or the maintenance of measures

take responsibility for your own actions and subtasks

introduce your own ideas on how hybrid cooperation models (classical and agile) can be effectively designed

learn modern methods from agile work and change management and actively apply them

gain personal mentoring of the development manager and build a broad understanding of agile organisational development cooperation on

deep insights into agile transformation of agile cooperation in a product team, strategic programs and collaboration with top management

independent work in a dynamic, open and supportive team

You are impersonated in an economic, social or engineering degree course and convince by very good academic performances

first experience or interest in agile working methods, organisational development or change management

structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation and high self-motivation

Joy in structuring, preparing and presenting complex topics (e.g. in PowerPoint, Miro, etc.)

analytical thinking, communication strength and team capacity

safe handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

first experience in handling ticketing systems such as Jira or AzureDevOps

very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
