Contract Manager - in the energy supply in Siegen (m/f/d)

In order to further strengthen our team, we are looking for dedicated support in contracting!

You have a good feeling for contracts, processes and the energy industry? As a Contract Manager (m/w/d), you will ensure that our corporate customers are reliably and smoothly supplied with energy – from the offer check to the successful registration. Become part of our team at Siegen – as Contract Manager (m/w/d).

You prepare delivery orders, set up delivery point overviews and submit them to the distributor or supplier – including tracking until successful registration. • Check offers for completeness and accuracy and make sure that all relevant information is accurate and complete. • You process offer requests and coordinate them with the relevant suppliers and partners. • You communicate with all energy market participants – including last consumers, suppliers, network operators, measuring point operators and distributors. • You process clarification cases and thus ensure a timely and trouble-free supply of energy to our corporate customers. • You’ll be prudent and documenting relevant processes in our internal systems and ensure complete traceability. • You work closely with adjacent departments such as sales and customer service and are a reliable interface in daily business.

You have a commercial training or a comparable qualification. You bring first professional experience in the commercial sector – energy is a plus, but no need. Also as a cross-release: you are welcome – with basic commercial training and a good feeling for careful work.

Ideally, you are familiar with energy-economic processes (e.g. delivery processes, market communication). MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) you can handle safely; CRM identifiers are advantageous. You have very good knowledge of German (C1/C2). You work carefully and structured, like communicating and being a:e team player:in.
