Search and selection of mainly raw material suppliers and wage producers worldwide Operational procurement of goods and services in the GxP and non-GxP sector Implementation of tenders Recreation, review and comparison of offers and pricing Negotiation of purchase conditions Advertising management and tracking of overdue shipments Maintenance of purchase-relevant data (including price changes, address changes, new installations, etc.) Auditing, clarification and collection of accounts in consultation with the Finance Department Building and maintaining trusted and professional relationships with suppliers Sustainable and regional sourcing Development and implementation of product group strategies Supplier management and evaluation Development and monitoring of framework agreements Internal development topics e.g. processes

A completed commercial training with further training as a specialist or a completed study or comparable acquired knowledge in training Experience in strategic purchasing, desirable in the pharmaceutical environment Very good knowledge of purchasing methods and structures Very good MS Office knowledge, SAP knowledge They possess endurance, self-motivation and self-organization You are negotiating, trustworthy and team-capable Very good analytical skills and conceptual, structured and targeted work English knowledge in word and writing
