· Staff management, planning and development · Support of care management in strategic orientation care service · Monitoring of station lines for operational tasks · Development and control of processes and structures in your responsibilities · Quality Management and Care Controlling · Ensure the operational capability of your area taking into account technical and economic conditions · Promoting interprofessional cooperation · Working with strategic projects, e.g. on digitalization · Participation in the PDL Rufdienst
