After an intensive incorporation in the Hays Learning Center, you identify decision-makers in leading companies as a graduate in Sales & Recruiting (m/w/d) and build your own customer base by targeted new customer acquisitions With diplomatic skill and persuasive appearance, you gain potential customer companies in phone and personal presentation dates for collaboration with Hays to develop long-term and successful business relationships You continuously plead existing customer relationships and are the first respondent for questions, concerns and new impulses Together with your customers, you will develop precise requirements profiles for open positions and will assist you with this. In close cooperation with Recruiting, you identify suitable professionals and executives and ensure a fast and smooth occupation of positions In sales, you will form the central interface between the customer companies and the professionals employed and accompany the entire application process from the first vote to the successful occupation.

You bring a completed study (e.g. in the commercial field) and in the best case you already had first points of contact with sales or recruiting topics (e.g. through internships, work students' activities or the like) Through your communication skills and your open, sympathetic way, you can easily make new contacts You motivate yourself through successes and challenges and have fun building and expanding customer relationships You bring a strong desire for performance and success and you can convince by your diplomatic skills and a sovereign appearance On top are you self-organized, a real team player and also have a pronounced service orientation?
