Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden Support Facility Technician in Operational and Strategic Maintenance Management You are active in ensuring uninterrupted operation of the building infrastructure. Your tasks include support for maintenance planning and control, as well as the billing of all necessary operational and strategic maintenance measures with the aim of long-term preservation or restoration of buildings and outdoor facilities. You shall cooperate in the request of tenders, commissioning them and checking and releasing invoices, and shall also assist in the elimination of deviations and disturbances. When coordinating, monitoring and controlling the external operator team as well as external service providers, you actively participate and contribute to the implementation of documentation. In your function, you can help you identify optimization potentials and actively participate in efficient energy and resource use.

Training: completed specialist training in building management or similar vocational training Experiences and know-how: first relevant professional experience (at least 1-2 years), ideally in the field of building management, safe handling of MS Office applications (especially Excel, Outlook) Personality and working methods: proactive and structured personality with distinct organizational skills, good analytical skills and a careful, detailed way of working, high self-initiative and problem-solving competence within the framework of the existing standards, as well as very good communication and negotiation strength, also durable and flexible Languages: good German knowledge
