• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team
• Design, further development and control of the work content and workflows in the area of responsibility with respect to the procurement, contract and price law as well as the organizational instructions of HIL GmbH
• Active support of employees in the team for awards
• Development of a purchasing strategy and creation of a continuous product group and supplier management within the assigned product group and ensuring the optimal supplier connection
• Monitoring and analysis of key figures in the area of responsibility and derivation of resulting measures

What you bring:

• a degree from University/University of Applied Sciences (Industry, Economic Engineering, Administration) or completed vocational training and certified specialist training
• Guide experience desirable
• good knowledge of how to deal with the MS Office package and SAP MM/CO
• sound knowledge of procurement, pricing and contract law
• good knowledge in handling the procurement management system (BMS)
