Audit Manager (m/f/d)

In this role, you are responsible for conducting internal audits within our international group of companies and actively supporting the further development of our governance structures. Your goal is to create transparency, to minimize risks and to initiate sustainable improvements. Your tasks in detail: Planning and implementation of internal audits with focus on (1) regularity of financial statements, (2) Compliance with internal guidelines and legal requirements and (3) Analysis of business processes and ongoing energy park projects Participation in risk analysis and the creation of risk-based audit annual plans Creation of meaningful test reports and presentation of results to management and relevant stakeholders Close cooperation with departments and the compliance, risk and audit team Accompanying and consulting the departments in implementing measures and carrying out follow-up checks on effectiveness control Advising international disciplines on processes, structures and general governance issues Support in the creation and further development of policies and internal standards

Successfully completed studies of business or economics, or an equivalent qualification acquired by long-term professional practice At least 5 years of professional experience in internal auditing or auditing, alternatively proven multiannual professional experience in the field of business, finance or comparable commercial areas Structured, careful and self-responsive operation combined with pronounced analytical capability and a high process affinity Communication strength, enforcement capacity and safe occurrence at all levels of enterprise Embossed organizational skills and cross-departmental, solution-oriented thinking High self-initiative, reliability and sense of responsibility Funded knowledge in MS Office, ideally SAP and dealing with databases Experience in the analysis of large amounts of data and in the preparation of sound reports Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
