For a renowned mechanical engineering company in the area of Mindelheim we are looking for a MAG-/WIG-welder (m/w/d).

Welding of sheet metal assemblies and assemblies of different complexity in the methods WIG, MIG, MAG and other common welding methods Self-locking and conversion of machining and production sequences Work according to technical drawings, lists and work documents alignment of components with common directional methods, e.g. Welding, grinding and reworking of visible parts and functional assemblies Production of simple steel constructions for machine and plant construction Conducting tightness tests on welds Ensuring product quality by plant self-control Selection of suitable equipment and devices Assembly of sheet metal assemblies and welding structures Operation of hand-held machines and tools, e.g. grinding machines, drilling machines and hand-held plasma systems Application of further joining methods such as adhesives and clinches Operation of simple machines for sheet metal processing

(m/w/d), Metallbauer (m/w/d), Welder (m/w/d) or comparable technical qualification Alternative multi-year professional experience in welding Very good knowledge of reading technical drawings Practical experience in MAG and WIG welding Experience in handling sheet metal assemblies and welding structures Self-employed, quality-conscious and careful working Welding tests according to DIN EN ISO 9606-1 (135/141) are advantageous Ready to work in the 2-shift system
