Ensuring the internal administration of the branch is in your area of responsibility, in particular the organisation of the branch, but also the supervision of the archive, reception and post office You take over the professional leadership, coordinate and manage the activities and tasks of the employees in the Team Interner Service For the departments you are the contact person in organizational matters, for this you work connected in the branch and also beyond You control the procurement, acceptance and settlement of benefits in kind, such as office material, mobile phone, motor vehicle It gives you pleasure to organize the various interface areas (e.g. occupational safety and health, fire protection) and to create the necessary framework conditions for this. You can find room for your individual design both in the field of property affairs/ location and in the participation in smaller projects In addition, however, you will also be happy to clarify contractual matters or to organise and maintain external service providers.

You have a successfully completed degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) in the fields of economics, business administration, general administration or a comparable discipline. Further requirements: You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the searched area and can demonstrate them by means of work certificates and proofs Routinised handling of standard IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Office) and openness to the BLB-specific application of SAP and other IT systems are desired You are characterized by an outstanding hand-on mentality combined with a high degree of communication capability You have a high customer orientation and a commercially focused way of thinking You have a strong organizational skill and flexibility in handling changing conditions. You bring with them certain knowledge of German, which correspond at least to the language level C1, and have the willingness and ability to lead a service car

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80.300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions). A status-like takeover of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
