The STRABAG Innovation & Digitalisation Group unit functions as an enabler for digitization and development projects. More than 400 different innovation and digitization projects are being driven forward in close cooperation with operative colleagues. Since each of these projects entails a wide range of changes, the Transformation & Innovation Directorate is responsible for supporting transformation processes at all levels and promoting innovation from the start to implementation. For our internal continuous processes, this portal is connected with further core applications of the Group. The “Technical Conception” team in our “Digital Procurement” function of STRABAG Innovation & Digitalization (SID) examines technical requirements for their technical feasibility. We need your support! Your tasks in detail: Consultation of stakeholders in the joint analysis of technical requirements Own responsible and independent creation of User Stories with the support of Solution Consultants Joint Refinement of Requirements with Product Owns for Continuous Software Development Development of management-ready summaries for strategy releases and implementation decisions as well as technical documentation in German and in addition in English Participation in the further development of the connected core applications

Complete vocational training in a commercial or technical field or comparable study Multiannual experience in the digital processing and care of purchasing and supplier processes and in the agile methodology Structured operation with high quality standards and strong communication strength in the participation of different stakeholders across all hierarchical levels Embossed methodological and craft skills for abstraction and presentation of strategic and complex facts Safe to negotiate in German and also in English Safe handling of office tools, experiences with collaboration tools (e.g. Confluence / Jira) helpful
