Civil Engineer (m/f/d)

Projecting and realising investments in construction, real estate, buildings and utility facilities (Technical building equipment) during the performance phases 1 to 9 HOAI Support in the planning of financial resources under the OP planning assignment and coordination of (external) service providers as well as specialist planners from conception to acceptance Monitoring the progress of construction and quality, deficiencies management and decisions on construction processes Project management, budget controlling and interface management to internal customers (e.g. factory planning/plant realisation) Coordination of internal interests with the aim of minimal production disabilities during construction Documentation, reporting, conduct meetings in the context of the project activities Compliance and implementation of Airbus standards and processes

Successful study: At least a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable technical training At least 1 year of well-founded professional experience in engineering, manufacturing / production and project management Insufficient experience in industrial construction as well as in construction is absolutely necessary for this position Funded knowledge of the Bavarian Industrial Building Directive and the Bavarian Building Code Safe handling of common rules such as HOAI, AHO, VOB, BaustellV, RAB etc.
