Your tasks with us: Head of Unit: You are headed by the Building Unit with six employees. You are responsible for preparing the administrative decision-making processes. You create the budget planning for the investment in building and are responsible for controlling and reporting in the Office's financial budget.

Total responsibility for construction projects: You control the planning and execution of the construction measures and take over the representation of the building function. Current: New Professional School Centre Konstanz (150 million euros) and completion of breathing exercise facility Rielasingen-Worblingen (10 million euros). You control contract and contract management (VOB, HOAI) and are responsible for the correct handling of the procurement procedures (VOB, UvGO, VgV and GWB). You monitor compliance with the costs and dates and coordinate the construction measures with the requirements of users. Together with the external project management, You coordinate all parties involved in the planning.

Panels and committees: You are planning committee meetings and drawing up session templates for district day and competent committees.

Funding: You are responsible for the application and processing of funding applications (e.g. school building promotion, sports facilities promotion, BEG).

Negotiations and legal representation: You conduct negotiations and discussions with internal and external partners. You represent the interests of the Office in demanding legal disputes.

Public relations and events: You organize the public work for large-scale projects and coordinate the implementation of events.

Take this with you: Qualification: Completion as an architect (Dipl.-Ing. or Master Sc.) or comparable qualification. Experience and knowledge: Multiannual experience in project management and control of large construction projects. Experience in leading teams in a dynamic environment. Very good legal knowledge, especially in procurement and contract law. Safe handling of MS Office and SAP.
