Independent planning, control and monitoring of customer projects Cosmetics & Pet Care from initiation to completion, with compliance with deadlines, budgets, resources and creation of project plans. New customer acquisition, identification of potential customers, building, care and support of customer relationships as well as acquisition of new projects with existing customers. Leading sales negotiations with customers Documentation and follow-up of all project activities (full project documentation and archiving). Support for marketing and sales activities, design procurement, participation in congresses, trade fairs and other events. Internal coordination and communication with internal departments (research and development R&E, procurement, purchasing, production, QM and external service providers). Support department F&E in product development and coordination of product specifications with customers Creating customer presentations Support in the development and implementation of strategic objectives.

Multiannual experience, at least 3 years, in project or product management, ideally in the industry cosmetics, and veterinary. Complete studies in the field of business, engineering, project / product management, Multiannual sales and marketing experience Experience in costing and pricing Embossed numerical understanding Proactive, targeted and structured working methods, team skills and innovation and performance. Organizational institution, enforcement capacity, resilience. Secure application of standard software (MS Office, MS Project) as well as handling ERP systems (e.g. Sage) Safe occurrence in dealing with customers and service providers, combined with very good communication and presentation skills. Good knowledge of English
