Internship in People & Organizational Development | Segment: Medical Technology (m/f/x)

During your internship at our location in Oberkochen, you will support our team for a period of about 4 to 6 months from October. You will get exciting insights into current projects and global initiatives. It is important to us that you not only take tasks, but also introduce your own ideas and actively collaborate on projects. In this way you gain valuable practical experience, build your network in the company and develop both professionally and personally. During your internship you will become a valuable part of our team and support us in versatile projects – from initial planning to successful implementation:

Workshops and trainings: assistance with the organization, implementation and follow-up of workshops and training formats. Project work: Join our team with varied projects and actively introduce your ideas. Multimedia content: Develop presentations and communication materials for different target groups at management level. Innovative topics: Research current developments and support us in the design and implementation of new initiatives.

Studies: You are enrolled in BWL, economic psychology, human resources management or a comparable course of study. Time and motivation: You bring at least 4 months, ideally 6 months, time and are ready to go through a steep learning curve Knowledge and first experience: Practical experience, for example through internships or projects. You have a very safe handling of the MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint, and bring first experience in creating presentations and evaluations. Own initiative: You like to work independently and are motivated to discover new things. Communication and organizational talent: You are strong in communication and organization. Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English for daily work in our team. .
