HSV Fußball AG & Co. KGaA is looking for a full-time (m/w/d) event & hospitality at the next possible time.

As part of our team, you are planning and realizing events where our partners can experience the HSV close to the skin – from reception in the Volksparkstadion to activation away from the day of play. In addition, you tax all bearder contracts in combination with our purchase and our marketer SPORTFIVE. In close coordination with internal departments and external service providers you create unforgettable moments for partners, guests and colleagues.

Planning, implementation and follow-up of partner events and internal events (e.g. adoptions, trainings, workshops) in cooperation with various HSV departments Operational support in the organisation and implementation of activations with other departments and service providers Responsibility for all bearder contracts and their operational implementation Regular exchange with service providers Interface in the field of Events & Hospitality to our marketer SPORTFIVE Control and decrease of the entire hospitality areas prior to playing days/concerts Creation of renovation and deficiencies lists during and after the season Contact person for service providers and customers on hospitality topics during the matchday

have completed commercial training, count a pronounced customer orientation and a quality awareness to your strengths, Draw yourself through creativity and you have a talent to solve challenges in the short term, are an organizational institution and can demonstrate good time management, and In addition, it is necessary for the Commission to take into account the fact that it is not in the interests of the Member States.
