You ensure that forecasts, budgets and target-actual comparisons are not only created, but are used specifically for optimization. Together with the management, you develop control tools to increase efficiency and guide measures to optimize costs. Through your well-founded analyses, you are actively contributing to improving the economic efficiency of our production and keeping VACOM on track. Monitoring, analysis and optimization of production costs and production processes with focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Development and implementation of control instruments and KPIs for performance improvement. Creation of target-actual comparisons, deviation analyses and ad-hoc reports. Detection of measures to increase efficiency and control costs in close cooperation with the production management. Participation in transnational projects, in particular digitalization, process optimization and introduction of new tools. Supporting management through sound analysis for strategic decisions.

completed studies in BWL, economic engineering, business informatics or a comparable area with a focus on controlling/finance. have several years of experience in controlling, in particular in production costs and processes of an industrial company. secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) as well as sound knowledge in Excel and ideally have BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik Sens). brings analytical thinking, high numerical affinity and a structured and solution-oriented manner. strong communication skills and the ability to understand complex situations. Bringing your own initiative, team skills and convincing consulting skills in German and English.
