You create holistic solutions for the digital transformation and automation of existing business processes. To do this, you conduct (partial) projects and perform planning activities to develop automation processes. Plan test activities and perform needs-oriented training for multipliers. You initiate innovations in the field of digital transformation and are responsible for the continuous improvement of existing and new automation projects and analyse and troubleshoot existing errors. In addition, you evaluate automation potentials of processes and advise the departments of AOK Niedersachsen in automation topics during implementation.

You are an economist, (economic)informatic, economic engineer or have a comparable degree with the focus on the subject. You have professional experience in process modeling (Camunda or the like) and in process management (analysis, change, conception and responsibility of processes). You are interested in future technologies and have at best experience in the use of e.g. RPA, workflow management systems or artificial intelligence.
